A heating and hot-water supply apparatus of the present invention comprises: a heating-side return water temperature sensor for sensing the heating-side return temperature of heating water returning through a heating-side supply pipe, a heating-side return pipe, a hot-water supply side supply pipe, a hot-water supply side return pipe, a direct water pipe, a hot-water pipe, and a heating-side return pipe; a heating-side flowrate regulating valve for regulating the flowrate of the heating water returning through the heating-side return pipe; a hot-water supply side return water temperature sensor for sensing the hot-water supply side return temperature of the heating water returning through the hot-water supply side return pipe; a hot-water supply side flowrate regulating valve for regulating the flowrate of the heating water returning through the hot-water supply side return pipe; and a control unit for controlling the opening degree of the heating-side flowrate regulating valve such that the heating-side return water temperature corresponds to a set heating-side return water temperature, and controlling the opening degree of the hot-water supply side flowrate regulating valve such that the hot-water supply side return water temperature corresponds to a set hot-water supply side return water temperature.
