The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device, method, and program for reducing noise, whereby noise in an NMR spectrum is reduced and an NMR spectrum having a high signal/noise ratio (S/N ratio) can be obtained. The NMR spectrum noise reduction device 1 pertaining to the present invention has: a separating unit 21 for performing multivariate analysis of a plurality of NMR spectra obtained by subjecting a sample to NMR measurement while varying one or a plurality of measurement parameters, and statistically separating the plurality of NMR spectra into a plurality of components; a differentiating unit 22 for differentiating the separated plurality of components into an effective component and a noise component; and a reconstructing unit 23 for reconstructing an NMR spectrum in which the noise component is reduced using a plurality of components differentiated as being effective components.
