Disclosed are a communication method, device and system for OFDM-PON, and the method comprises the following steps: when data is transmitted among a plurality of optical network units, each of the optical network units acting as a sender transmits first data to each of the optical network units acting as a receiver based on a preset first carrier frequency band; each of said optical network units acting as a receiver receives the first data from the optical network units acting as senders based on the preset first carrier frequency band; wherein when the optical network units acting as senders are different or the optical network units acting as receivers are different, the preset first carrier frequency bands through which the data is transmitted or received among the optical network units are different. The above technical solution may implement simultaneously mutual communication among multiple sets of user terminals, and improves flexibility, efficiency and speed of optical network communications.
