A refrigerating and/or deep-freezing apparatus, preferably a household refrigerating and/or deep-freezing apparatus, especially a deep-freezing apparatus of a vertical variant in the form of an upright deep-freezing cabinet that comprises at least one deep-freezing compartment enclosed by an insulated housing and an insulated door and provided with at least two drawers, preferably a plurality of drawers, arranged one above the other for storing food at a temperature lower than the temperature of a room, in which said apparatus is located, and each drawer is predominantly closed by a front wall at the side of the apparatus door, wherein a vertically extending air channel for the upward flow of cool air is formed in the deep-freezing space at the internal side of the apparatus door, said air channel being delimited towards the apparatus door by an additional wall that is integrally shaped with the front wall of each drawer, wherein each additional wall is distanced from the front wall of the drawer at least on part of its width. |
