The present invention relates to a machine for automatically cracking raw eggs. The eggs rolling on a slide from an egg container due to gravity are separated one by one using a waterwheel. Each of the separated eggs falls to a cracking part; the egg is fixed at a portion of the cracking part, at which the egg is cracked, using a unique shape of a cracking bottom support; a bar connected to a rack gear is lowered by using motor as a source of power; the egg is pushed from above using the power; the egg is brought in contact with a knife blade installed on the bottom of the support to be cracked; and then the bottom of the support is opened and thus an egg liquid is extracted through a space of the opened bottom. After that, as the egg liquid flows along the slide, the yolk and the white are separated, and then put in separate containers. The egg shell is pushed from the support by a shell separation apparatus attached to a rack gear reciprocating by a motor, to be separated, and then falls due to the gravity, and then put in a separate case. Through the present invention, a small-sized egg separation machine for small companions is introduced into markets in which there are only large-sized egg separation machines and kitchen tools, and thus, departing from the manner in which existing persons from companies directly work, the use of the machine saves the labor and the working time and offers economical effects. |
