ANTI-HUMAN NOROVIRUS ANTIBODIES AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a human Norovirus antibody and a use of the same and, more specifically, to an anti-human Norovirus GII-type antibody and a use of the same. An anti-human Norovirus antibody developed according to the present invention detects a human Norovirus GII type in a specimen through an immunological measuring method by using an antibody expressed by means of an antigen which is a human Norovirus recombinant virus-like particle (VLP) expressed by using a baculovirus expression system on the basis of a human Norovirus VP1 amino acid sequence. When the anti-human Norovirus antibody according to the present invention is used, a human Norovirus GII type may be rapidly and accurately diagnosed.
