PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which positioning is executed in a cellular network.SOLUTION: A first base station (e.g., a home base station) determines a position of the station itself on the basis of position information on at least one user equipment (UE) within an effective radio range in the first base station and second base station. The first base station transmits at least one position request for at least one UE to the second base station, receives position information for at least one UE from the second base station, and determines a position estimation value on the station itself on the basis of the position information. In another design, the second base station receives the position information on the first base station, acquires the position information on at least one UE, determines the position estimation value on the first base station on the basis of the position information, and transmits the position estimation value to the first base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A |
