PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC device on which an element body and a radiation body is hardly peeled even when being mounted to a curved surface and whose communication characteristics are less likely to be varied.SOLUTION: The radio IC device includes: a dielectric element body 20 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape; a metal pattern 30, provided on a surface of the dielectric element body 20 through a film 38, functioning as a radiation body; and a radio IC element 50 coupled to power supply parts 35a, 35b of the metal pattern 30.
