PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reproduction of surface scattering with a reduced number of a computational dimension.SOLUTION: A print data generation device acquires a BRDF model group for each color and an angle of incident light in an environment for observing a reproduced article. By applying an acquired angle of incident light for each model of the BRDF model group, a reflection distribution of the reproduced article that is limited in an angle of incident light is calculated. On the basis of the reflection distribution, the print data generation device outputs color data indicating a color formed on the surface of the reproduced article for each model of the BRDF model group and shape data indicating the shape of the reproduced article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
