PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight for making lightly-pickled vegetables on a desktop which is invented as a simple desktop lightly-pickled vegetable weight, made by putting material for pickles and a little seasoning, kneading lightly from outside, squeezing and pulling out the top of the bag through a hole in the center of the weight and leaving it for a while.SOLUTION: A desktop lightly-pickled vegetable weight is disk-like shaped and is characterized by having a hole in the center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
