PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil ring which can reduce an oil consumption amount and which can reduce fuel consumption of an engine for a long period of time.SOLUTION: In an oil ring 1 having an oil ring body 10 and a coil expander 20, at an outer peripheral end of a pair of rail parts 12 of the oil ring body 10, lands 30 are provided protruding radially outward from the rail parts 12 respectively. The land 30 has: a pair of axial direction side parts 31, 32 facing the axial direction respectively; a taper-like part 33 connected to one axial direction side part 31 at one end in the axial direction via a first curve part 35; and a protrusion part 34 connected to the other end in the axial direction of the taper-like part 33 at the one end in the axial direction, connected to the other axial direction side part 32 at the other end in the axial direction via a second curved part 36, and protruding in the direction vertical to the taper-like part 33 with respect to the taper-like part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
