PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking method for a transparent resin molding capable of simply and easily at low cost, marking on the surface of a thermoplastic transparent resin molding using a laser beam.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for marking in the shape of characters and/or figures on the surface of a thermoplastic transparent resin molding by laser beam irradiation. The method includes the steps of: disposing a laser beam absorptive resin generating heat by absorption of the laser beam to contact or adjoin the marking object position of a molding; irradiating the surface of the laser beam absorptive resin with laser beam from a molding side, and scanning the laser beam to draw characters and/or figures on the surface of the laser beam absorptive resin; and desorbing the transparent resin molding from the laser beam absorptive resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
