PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjustment between amenity of a space and power consumption of an air conditioning facility to be easily carried out.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device comprises a set value calculation part 11 in which a plurality of Pareto optimal solutions in a relationship between amenity of a room and power consumption of an air conditioner are calculated by performing multipurpose optimization calculation and registering a set value realizing the amenity and the power consumption at each of the Pareto optimal solutions in a set value candidate storage part 23 as a set value candidate; a condition acceptance part 12 for accepting a selection condition inputted by a manager; a set value selection part 13 for selecting a set value most coinciding with the selection condition from the set value candidates stored in the set value candidate storage part 23; and an air conditioning control part 14 for controlling operation of the air conditioner on the basis of the selected set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
