PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic that is excellent in luster in low temperature, inhibits softening during storage, and can be applied in proper quantity at any time.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oily cosmetic that is a copolymer comprising a constituent unit (a) represented by the formula (1) and a constituent unit (b) represented by the formula (2), wherein 0.1-10 mass% of the copolymer containing 70-97 mass% of the constituent unit (b) is contained, and 7-25 mass% of a wax that is solid at 25°C and 5-75 mass% of an ester oil that is liquid at 25°C are contained.
