PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic member that expresses self-purifying action by light irradiation with an illumination device having a low dose of ultraviolet, and has high durability.SOLUTION: A photocatalytic member 1 comprises a base material 2, a tungsten oxide layer 3 provided on the base material 2, and a titanium oxide layer 4 provided on the tungsten oxide layer 3.
