PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup type beverage vending machine, capable of easily discarding a cup which is hung in a cup chuter, in midway of falling from a cup supply device, and avoiding selling stop.SOLUTION: A vending machine comprises: a cup detection sensor 97 for detecting that a cup C is supplied, and outputting a cup detection signal to control means 90, when the cup C is supplied from a cup supply device 4. When the cup detection signal is not transmitted from the cup detection sensor 97 until predetermined time passes since outputting of a cup supply signal to the cup supply device 4, the control means 90 moves a cup holding part 6 from a cup reception position which is right under the cup supply device 4 by a cup transport device 7, then, outputs the cup supply signal to the cup supply device 4 until receiving the cup detection signal from the cup detection sensor 97.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
