PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis device with which it is possible to dispense a sample with high accuracy without causing a processing speed to decrease.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis device comprises: a sample dispensing probe 19 for sucking in a sample inside a sample container 11 and performing dispensation by discharging a dispensation amount of the sample smaller than or equal to an upper-limit amount VM that is set in inspection items for each of the inspection items into a reaction vessel 17; and an analysis control unit for controlling a sample dispensing operation by the sample dispensing probe 19. When a plurality of inspection items are set to the sample including an inspection item in which a dispensation amount smaller than or equal to a minute amount VL that is smaller than the upper-limit amount VM, the analysis control unit causes the sample dispensing probe 19 to suck in a total amount of the sample in which a total of dispensation amounts set in two or more inspection items including an inspection item in which the dispensation amount smaller than or equal to the minute amount VL is set is smaller than or equal to the upper-limit amount VM.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
