The present invention relates to an iron capsule which has been encapsulated and oxidised only on the surface so as to be suitable for use as a cosmetic, and relates to a production method for the same. The iron capsule according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first oxide film formed on the surface of iron; a second coating layer of a silicon-based or fluorine-based oil which is formed on the first oxide film; and a third capsule layer of a cosmetic powder which is formed on the second coating layer.
