A method for binding a user plane address comprises: a radio resource control device of a first network sends a user plane address, corresponding to one or more services and used in a second network, of the radio resource control device of the first network to a terminal; and the radio resource control device of the first network receives a user plane address that is from the terminal and used by a terminal corresponding to each service in the second network. By means of the solutions in the present invention, the user plane address used by the radio resource control device of the first network in the second network is bound with the user plane address used by the terminal in the second network. |
