The present invention provides a wireless station apparatus provided with a baseband unit and an RF unit opposing each other. Of the baseband unit and the RF unit, the unit at the sending has a first low pass filter, and of the baseband unit and the RF unit, the unit at the receiving side has a second low pass filter having a passband frequency characteristic that serves as a complementary characteristic to the passband frequency characteristic of the first low pass filter. The sending-side unit compresses a signal by down-sampling the signal using the first low pass filter and sends the compressed signal to the receiving-side unit. The receiving-side unit restores the signal by up-sampling the compressed signal using the second low pass filter. |
