A current mode logic buffer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a differential pair of input transistors which include a first input transistor and a second input transistor, a first output load resistance which is connected in series to the first input transistor, a second output load resistance which is connected in series to the second input transistor, a first output of a first node between the first output load resistance and the first input transistor, a second output of a second node between the second output load resistance and the second input transistor, a first hold capacitor which provides a quasi-constant power source to the first output through a first low resistance path, and a second hold capacitor which provides a semi-constant power source to the second output through a second low resistance path. So, the current mode logic buffer has quicker rise and fall time compared to an existing current mode logic buffer. |
