The invented mobile device for cooling cutting tools with exhaustion and filtration of oil mist according to the present invention, is comprised of components fastened on a frame (10) provided with floor and being divided into two sections by means of a partition (16), wherein the frame (10) is covered by an upper lid (14) and a front lid (12), which is provided with an opening for exhaust pipe (2) and an opening for am oil mist distribution hose (5). Further, in the front lid (12), there is situated a control panel (8) with a distribution box. The frame (10) is covered by side lids (11) and a rear lid (15) with handling handles (13) secured thereon. In the frame (10) lower section, there is arranged an air compressor (7), being connected by a pressure hose (6) with a device (4) for mixing air and oil, wherein the device is further connected with said oil mist distribution hose (5), wherein in the frame (10) upper section, there is disposed a filtration unit (3) along with an electric motor (9), connected through the mediation of a suction pipe (2) with a suction nozzle (1). |
