PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair hand rim cover which is easily attached and detached to/from a hand rim, and to which a hand is easily caught to facilitate rowing.SOLUTION: A ring-like hollow cylindrical body 11 for covering a ring-like hand rim is provided. On the ring-like hollow cylindrical body 11, a cut 11a for attachment and detachment to/from the hand rim is formed in a ring circumferential direction, and on the ring outer periphery of the ring-like hollow cylindrical body 11, a plurality of wedge-like bumps whose height is gradually increased in the ring circumferential direction are provided. |
