PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source module capable of efficiently radiating heat from a thin transformer.SOLUTION: A power source module 300 according to one embodiment comprises: an aluminum base substrate 100; and a main module 200 having a thin transformer. The aluminum base substrate 100 has an aluminum plate 110 whose lower face serves as a heat radiation face, an insulation layer 120 covering its upper face, a wiring pattern 130 formed on the insulation layer 120, and a solder resist film 140 provided with an opening 141. The main module 200 has a bobbin 210 around which a primary side coil of the thin transformer is wound, a multilayer substrate 220 formed by laminating plural substrates on the main face of which a spiral conductor pattern constituting a secondary side coil is formed, and a transformer core 240 forming a magnetic path between the primary side coil and the secondary side coil. The transformer core 240 has a face contacting the aluminum base substrate 100, and radiate heat from the thin transformer to the aluminum base substrate 100. |
