PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass-producible organic semiconductor device using an organic semiconductor material having a chrysene skeleton.SOLUTION: By a combination of an insulator layer of a hydrophobic insulation material containing halogen atoms and a thin-film layer of an organic compound having a chrysene skeleton, an organic semiconductor device that is excellent in transistor performance can be achieved. Further, even when the thin-film layer of the organic compound having the chrysene skeleton is multi-crystalline as well as single-crystalline, the organic semiconductor device has the transistor performance equal to or higher than that when the thin-film layer is single-crystalline. Consequently, an organic semiconductor device using a chrysene compound can be mass-producible. |
