PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system, a server device, a load distribution method and a program which can perform load distribution by dynamically taking into account a use state of resources in each server device, in a system which is composed of a plurality of server devices.SOLUTION: A computer system 100 comprises an AP server 40 which executes an application program 42. The AP server 40 comprises: a resource information acquisition unit 48 which acquires resource information; a processing control unit 43 which acquires a job to be processed and causes the application program 42 to execute the job; and a resource monitoring unit 47 which causes the processing control unit 43 to acquire the job so as to satisfy a first condition set as a target of a resource use state on the basis of the resource information, and causes the application program 42 to suspend execution of the job when the resource information exceeds a second condition set as an upper limit. |
