PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image delivery system for improving the convenience of a service and promoting the consumption of points pertaining to the system.SOLUTION: A moving image delivery system comprises open period extension control means 172 for extending an open period in which moving image information is open to public, on condition that a prescribed point belonging to a contributor of moving image information stored in a moving image database 66 be consumed. Given that an open period for moving image information can be extended on condition that a prescribed point belonging to a third person, not the contributor, of the moving image information stored in the moving image database 66 be consumed, the open period extension control means 172 allows the open period for the moving image information to be extended by consuming the point of the third person, not the contributor, of the moving image information, making it possible to improve the convenience of both of the moving image contributor and the third person, as well as to realize the effective use of points uselessly saved up. |
