The present invention relates to a producing method of an electrode membrane assembly with high durability for a fuel cell and, more specifically, to a producing method of an electrode membrane assembly for a fuel cell which improves durability through increasing the surface adhesion of the electrode membrane assembly by reducing surface stress through inhibiting the contraction and the expansion of the electrode membrane assembly after pre-treating an electrolyte membrane with high temperature or low temperature before a electrode membrane assembly bonding process when producing the electrode membrane assembly (MEA) of the fuel cell.
