摘要 The present invention relates to a secondary battery negative electrode material manufacturing method including the steps of: atomizing a silicon colloid solution as first liquid droplets by performing silicon carbide and silicon particle liberation based on an ultrasonic treatment of a waste silicon sludge solution and forming the silicon colloid solution on an upper surface of the solution; producing a silicon aggregate by drying the first liquid droplets; producing a mixed solution containing the silicon aggregate, a graphene oxide, and a dispersion medium; and producing a silicon aggregate-graphene complex by atomizing, drying, and performing a heat treatment on the mixed solution into second liquid droplets. In addition, the present invention relates to a secondary battery negative electrode material manufacturing method including the steps of: atomizing a colloid solution as third liquid droplets by performing silicon carbide and silicon particle liberation based on an ultrasonic treatment of a waste silicon sludge- and graphene oxide-containing suspension solution and forming silicon and a graphene oxide colloid solution on an upper surface of the solution; and producing a silicon aggregate-graphene complex by drying and performing a heat treatment on the third liquid droplets.
