The present invention discloses a pulse ultrasound treatment apparatus of erectile dysfunction of men. The pulse ultrasound treatment apparatus includes a main control device, a micro-control system, and a treatment probe, and the treatment probe includes an ultrasonic wave generator. If the main control device transmits a control signal to the micro-control system, and then the micro-control system converts the control signal to a control command to be transmitted to the ultrasonic wave generator. The ultrasonic wave generator generates an ultrasonic wave corresponding to the control command. The pulse ultrasound treatment apparatus according to the present invention generates the ultrasonic wave for treatment to realize the treatment outside a body of a patient. Accordingly, the pain of the patient resulting from an operation, the injury of medicine to a human body, and the dependency of the human body on the medicine can be prevented. A low-intensity ultrasonic wave generated from the treatment device accelerates the creation of a new blood vessel to accelerate the proliferation of smooth muscle cells of penile corpora cavernosa, to accelerate the expression of eNOS and nNOS to improve a blood stream of a penis, to reduce penile fibrosis by adjusting a TGF-β1/Smad/CTGF signal passage downward, to improve a pathological change of an erectile organ, and to finally improve a penile erectile function. |
