PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a regioselectively and stereoselectively glycosidated resveratrol glycoside.SOLUTION: A production method of a resveratrol glycoside comprises a step of glycosidating a resveratrol compound by action of an enzyme having glucoside-binding hydrolysis activity and glucosyl group transfer activity selected from among &bgr;-glucosidase from Trichoderma micro-organisms, α-glucosidase from Aspergillus micro-organisms and cyclodextrin glucanotransferase, or a yeast having glucosyl group transfer activity, on a resveratrol compound and a saccharide donor. |
