PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of correction for a color change between sequentially outputted images without lowering a processing speed.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 100 comprises: a color conversion unit 101 for applying, by using an LUT, color conversion to input image data inputted from the outside, and outputting the result as output image data; a colorimetric data storage unit 103 for storing a plurality of time-series-like colorimetric image data corresponding to images sequentially outputted on the basis of the output image data; a short-term change amount calculation unit 104 for calculating a short-term change amount representing the degree of a sequential and non-directional color charge on the basis of the plurality of colorimetric image data; a long-term change amount calculation unit 106 for calculating a long-term change amount representing the degree of a sequential and directional color charge; an LUT update determination unit 107 for determining whether or not to update the LUT on the basis of a relation between the long-term change amount and the short-term change amount; and an LUT update execution unit 108 for executing an LUT updating process. |
