PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning jig capable of improving replacement accuracy of three-dimensional data even in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A scanning jig 10 to be attached to an analog of a model with the analog embedded therein or an artificial tooth root embedded inside an oral cavity includes: a cylindrical body 11 having a shape to be fitted to the analog or to be fitted to the artificial tooth root; a fixing member 12 penetrating an inner side of the cylindrical shape of the body and fixing the body to the analog or the artificial tooth root; and an end part member 13 to be attached to an end part on the opposite side of an end part to be fitted to the analog or the artificial tooth root in the body. The end part member does not have a hole and groove in the end surface on the opposite side of a portion to be attached to the body, and includes an inclination surface 13a on the opposite side end surface. |
