The vibrator (1) has a removable locking part engaged with a cavity by bearing upon a hosting head (7) or nuts, and an attaching unit attaching the locking part inside the cavity to ensure captivity of screws. Protective shells (6) are designed to cover a junction area between detachable elements while maintaining the locking part in the cavity. A tip (5) comprises two diametrically opposite ridges with two radially protruding side edges. The locking part is formed by two half-crowns with an axial section mating that of the cavity, where the half-crowns are attached to each other by screwing. |
