The present invention relates to a method for preparing a wild plant fermented liquid with reduced alcohol and suppressed bacterial growth and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a wild plant fermented liquid with reduced alcohol and suppressed bacterial growth, the method comprising the steps of: putting washed and well-selected wild plants, sugar, and oligosaccharide in a pot, followed by fermentation; putting a filtrate of the fermented wild plants in a pot, followed by aging; distilling the aged liquid under reduced pressure to perform alcohol reduction; sterilizing the liquid with reduced alcohol at a high temperature; hot-filling the sterilized liquid in a container, followed by cooling; subjecting the cooled liquid to ultrahigh temperature sterilization; and sealing and packaging the instant sterilized liquid. |
