PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lighting device capable of preventing floating of an end part of a reflection sheet, due to heat during device operation and component accuracy, in the lighting device with a plurality of reflection sheets installed for reflecting light emitted from light sources.SOLUTION: A backlight unit 12 as a lighting device is manufactured by including a process of bending some of reflection sheets 27 out of the plurality of them 27 so as to make their light reflection face 31 sides convex, an installation process for installing the reflection sheets 27 not going through the bending process on a bottom plate part 21a of a light source housing 23 so that the light reflection faces 31 face an opening A, a process for installing the reflection sheets 27 which have gone through the bending process on the bottom plate part 21a so that their edge parts 32 are superposed on edge parts 32 of the reflection sheets 27 installed by the installation process, and that, the light reflection faces 31 face the opening A, and a process for fixing the plurality of reflection sheets 27 to the bottom plate part 21a by driving a rivet 30 on each edge part 32 of the plurality of reflection sheets 27 installed on the bottom plate part 21a. |
