PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of switching elements S*# (*=c,u,v,w:#=p,n) which has an active gate control function and can reduce surge voltage and switching loss which occur when the switching elements S*# are switched to an off state.SOLUTION: With timing when a specified time elapses after an operation signal g*# is switched to an off operation instruction, a first discharging switching element 30a is switched to off operation and a second discharging switching element 30b is switched to on operation. In such a composition, a sense voltage Vse is acquired in the period in which the sense voltage Vse is in a steady state, under a situation where switching elements S*# are in an on state. The higher the acquired sense voltage Vse is, the shorter the specified time TA is set. |
