PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow facility searches to be conducted over appropriate areas in order to provide facility search results that do not cause users to waste time and efforts.SOLUTION: A control unit 102 obtains a search reference position and search conditions from a search request that is received from a user terminal 3 through a communication I/F 101. A congestion level specific search area determination unit 111 refers to information, according to the search reference position, in a congestion level data file 106 that stores information indicating human congestion levels of meshes with a specific mesh size that are arranged without space on a map, and determines a search area identifying an area that consists of continuous meshes that are based on congestion levels. A facility search processing unit 112 conducts a facility search on the search area according to the search conditions, and a search result is provided to the user terminal 3 through the communication I/F 101. |
