The embodiments of the invention relate to a method for reporting channel feedback in a radio communication system (RCS). The method contains receiving serving cell pilot signals of a serving radio cell (C1, C2, C6) and neighboring cell pilot signals of at least one neighboring radio cell (C1, ..., C6) of the serving radio cell (C1, C2, C6). The method further contains determining for the serving radio cell (C1, C2, C6) based on the received serving cell pilot signals at least one serving cell feedback parameter that maximizes a predefined serving cell quality criterion for receiving at a mobile station (MS1, ..., MS5) wanted signals from a base station (BS1, BS2) operating the serving radio cell (C1, C2, C6). The method even further contains determining for the at least one neighboring radio cell (C1, ..., C6) based on the received neighboring pilot signals at least one neighboring cell feedback parameter that maximizes a predefined neighboring cell quality criterion for receiving at the mobile station (MS1, ..., MS5) interference signals from a base station (BS1, BS2) operating the at least one neighboring radio cell (C1, ..., C6) with a constraint that serving channel receive weights as determined for the serving radio cell (C1, C2, C6) using the predefined serving cell quality criterion are applied as fixed receive weights for a determination of the at least one neighboring cell feedback parameter. The method even further contains transmitting serving cell feedback information about the at least one serving cell feedback parameter and neighboring cell feedback information about the at least one neighboring cell feedback parameter. The embodiments of the invention further relate to a method for determining based on the at least one serving cell feedback parameter and based on the at least one neighboring cell feedback parameter a set of mobile stations to be scheduled in the radio communication system (RCS), to a computer program, to a mobile station (MS1, ..., MS5) and to a scheduler apparatus (SA). |
