According to an embodiment of the present invention, a driving guide system and a driving guide method for a hybrid vehicle, previously notifying a driver of information required for driving, such as a driving condition of a front road, an effective mode of an electric vehicle (EV) mode and a fuel mode depending on the driving condition of the front road, a need to operate an accelerator pedal or the like, thereby improving fuel efficiency of a hybrid vehicle and maintaining fuel efficiency of each vehicle in a predetermined level. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving guide system for a hybrid vehicle can comprise an altitude detection part, a calculation part and a display part. The altitude detection part is installed on a hybrid vehicle to detect the altitude of a front road when the hybrid vehicle is driven. The calculation part generates driving guide data based on detection data of the altitude detection part and vehicle data on the hybrid vehicle. The display part outputs driving guide data of the calculation part. Moreover, the altitude detection part can include one or at least two among a global positioning system (GPS) module, a gyro sensor and a camera. |
