The present invention relates to a wheelper of a wheelchair, which can be conveniently used on a slope and stairs. The wheelper of a wheelchair comprises: a second wheel which is installed in a wheel shaft protruding from a wheel of a wheelchair where a disabled person sits; a support piece which has an inclined part for preventing the wheel from rolling backward and inducing the stair climbing of an auxiliary wheel; a guide part which is installed on the outer surface of the second wheel and has an adjusting hole; a moving part of which one side is installed inside the guide part to be slid; a guide member which is installed to be connected to the moving part and adjusts the sliding length of the moving part; and a lock member which is installed in the axial direction of the support piece to be folded and has a catching groove locked or unlocked to/from the frame of the wheelchair.
