A repairable GOA circuit for flat panel display and a display device comprising the repairable GOA circuit. The repairable GOA circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded GOA units. The charging of the nth level of a horizontal scanning line in a display region is controlled in accordance with the nth level of the GOA unit, wherein two ends of the nth level of the horizontal scanning line are respectively connected to one such nth level of the GOA unit; and the nth level of the GOA unit comprises a pull-up circuit, a pull-down circuit, a pull-down maintaining circuit, a pull-up control circuit, a bootstrap capacitor and a first thin-film transistor. The gate of the first thin-film transistor inputs a same-level clock signal CK, and the drain and the source are respectively used for connecting a grid signal point and the nth level of the horizontal scanning line; and when the nth level of the GOA unit operates normally, at least one of the drain and the source of the first thin-film transistor stays disconnected from the nth level of the GOA unit. The repairable GOA circuit can enable the GOA circuit to have certain repairablity, thereby improving the yield of the GOA display panel. |
