PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm/cold heat treatment device reasonably repeating increasing/decreasing of a body temperature by locally cooling sole parts and a neck part of a patient after increasing the body temperature to a target value to safely decreasing the body temperature in a short time.SOLUTION: This warm/cold heat treatment device 1 increases and decreases a water temperature until the water temperature reaches a prescribed numerical value based on the temperature of hot water measured by a temperature sensor 12 and the body temperature of the patient measured by a rectum temperature sensor 62, cools the soles and the neck part by a foot part cooling means 70 and a neck part cooling means 90, and occasionally cools the neck part by the neck part cooling means 90 when the eardrum temperature of the patient has risen to a prescribed numerical value. |
