PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition that includes a specific ultrahigh-molecular weight olefin-based polymer in which heat resistance is further imparted while excellent balance of a self-lubricating property and abrasion resistance is maintained as a solid lubricant, and durability enhancement is performed.SOLUTION: A lubricant composition includes: a base oil; and a solid lubricant consisting of a crosslinking ultrahigh-molecular weight olefin-based polymer in which an ultrahigh-molecular weight olefin-based polymer is radiated to be crosslinked and that fills the following requirements (i)-(iii): (i) an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;] measured in a decalin solvent at 135°C is 5-50 dl/g; (ii) an average particle size dis 3-40 μm; and (iii) at least 50 wt.% or more passes a mesh screen having opening of 40 μm. |
