PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device having a DRM(Digital Rights Management) decoding function and a DRM decoding method in the terminal device.SOLUTION: The terminal device having a DRM decoding function includes: a native unit loaded with a local file memory for storing DRM media content data and an application program for driving a media device player by using an operating system; and a DRM decoding unit for, when the reproduction of the DRM media content data is requested from the application program, converting the local file path of the DRM media content data into a URL path for a Web server, and for providing it to the media device player, and for, when the reproduction of the DRM media content data is requested from the media device player, reversely converting the URL path for the Web server into the local file path of the DRM media content data, and for reading the DRM media content data from the local file memory, and for decoding and providing the DRM media content data to the media device player. |
