PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing that can be easily formed into a seal without subjected to viscose processing, can retain high strength, allows pigment, flavor or the like to be transferred thereto, and can be easily subjected to heat-seal processing.SOLUTION: A smoking sheet for obtaining smoked foods includes a filament nonwoven fabric composed of a core-sheath conjugate fiber having polyethylene terephthalate as a core component and polyethylene as a sheath component. Smoke components and sucrose fatty acid ester are adhered to the filament nonwoven fabric. In the filament nonwoven fabric, filaments constituting the nonwoven fabric are fixed to each other by a thermocompression bonding portion partially existing therein by heat embossing, and crossing points of fibers on at least a surface of the filament nonwoven fabric are fused to each other by melting or softening in an area other than the thermocompression bonding portion. |
