<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for processing contaminated soil in which, even if a contamination situation includes a high concentration, a wide range, a high depth and the like, in spite of a simple facility, soil processing can be performed effectively. <P>SOLUTION: A system and method for processing contaminated soil includes: an electrolyte manufacturing means, an electrolyte supply means for supplying an electrolyte manufactured by the electrolyte manufacturing means to the contaminated soil, and a contamination substance collection means for collecting the electrolyte and/or ground water containing contamination substances liberated or decomposed from the contaminated soil by the electrolyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
