PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which easily removes a water bloom with inexpensive constitution and small power consumption.SOLUTION: There is provided a water bloom removal device 1 having a three-tube structure in which a middle cylinder 200 is inserted into an outer cylinder 100 and an inner cylinder 300 is inserted into the middle cylinder 200, respectively. The water-bloom removal device 1 includes a retainer 400 which retains the three tubes in a perpendicular attitude such that an upper surface of the outer cylinder 100 is substantially at a water-surface position, and an air pump 411 which sends air out of an inner lower part of the middle cylinder 200; and the upper surface of the outer cylinder 100 and an upper surface of the inner cylinder 300 are substantially at the same position while an upper surface of the middle cylinder 200 is at a position higher than the upper surface of the outer cylinder 100, the outer cylinder 100 has a bottom surface 101 positioned below a lower surface of the middle cylinder 200 and joined to an outer periphery of the inner cylinder 300, and a lower surface of the inner cylinder 300 is positioned below the bottom surface 101 of the outer cylinder 100. |
