摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a method for performing nanostructure control of a solid solution of aLiMnO-(1-a)Li(Ni,Co,Mn)O(here, in the chemical formula, 0<a<1, 0&le;x, y, z&le;1 and x+y+z=1 are satisfied.), and to configure a lithium ion battery with high capacity by using nanoparticles of the obtained solid solution of aLiMnO-(1-a)Li(Ni,Co,Mn)Oas an electrode material.SOLUTION: A material is prepared by preparing a fiber of a precursor of a solid solution of aLiMnO-(1-a)Li(Ni,Co,Mn)Ousing an electro-spinning method and then firing the fiber at high temperatures, the material comprising nanoparticles of the solid solution with high crystallinity and having a structure which has a wall thickness in the range of about several tens nm to several hundreds nm and a hollow tube form. By using the material as a positive electrode material, a Li ion battery exhibiting high capacity electrode characteristics is prepared.
