PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably produce a polycarbonate resin which includes only a small amount of foreign matter and which is excellent in transparency, hues, or the like.SOLUTION: In producing a polycarbonate resin by continuously supplying a dihydroxy compound including a dihydroxy compound having a fluorene structure, a carbonic acid diester and so on to reactors, at least two or more reactors are connected with one another in series, and residence time in respective pipes between the first reactor, of two or more reactors connected with one another, and a step to take out the polycarbonate resin, and temperatures defined by Tin respective pipes satisfy formula (1) (wherein T: a temperature (K) of a higher one of either a temperature of a reaction liquid or a molten polycarbonate resin at an inlet of a pipe i, or a temperature at an outlet; and &thetas;: residence time (min) in the pipe i). |
